The Hostel "THE CHURCH OF SAN FRANCESCO" is not a hotel, nor a pension, nor a residence.
The purpose of the House is to offer guests a simple and welcoming environment and to give them an opportunity to rest physically and re-template the spirit, away from the usual places of daily commitment, as well as to rediscover human and Christian values in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cordiality.

REGULATION AND COMPORTUNITIES:

1. The guest is obliged to respect the decoration of the House and/or Structure called "Il Chiostro di San Francesco", to the preservation of the furnishings, equipment and furnishings made available. The Directorate may claim damages.
The management does not respond to the values left unattended in the rooms, in the common spaces both inside and outside the structure. The Management is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result in any way or title to the Obspite from behaviors attributable to the Ospite itself and/or to third parties outside the home, as well as from interruptions of services not attributable to the Management.

2. The guest must avoid noises that may disturb the peaceful cohabitation, especially at night.

3. They cannot be introduced in the house outside persons on the final list delivered before arrival. For any additions and/or guest changes please contact the Direction in advance.

4. The beds and furnishings should not be moved, unless agreed with the Direction and, in any case, with the obligation to return them to the previous state.

5. After 24.00 hours it is forbidden to scream, sing, do music and call; the group manager will have to make sure that you respect the quiet public within the limits given. A surplus time is allowed after authorization by the competent authorities.

6. If you use musical instruments for animations at home, it is mandatory to keep volumes moderate both in afternoon and evening hours. It is also recommended a climate of respect in the hourly period of afternoon rest.

7. In the rooms it is forbidden: smoking, using stoves, stoves, kettles, irons, etc. Smokers must throw mozzicons only in ashtrays outside the house.

8. For the whole period of stay in the house, each group must have the constant presence of a Manager and/or Holding Company MAGGIORENNE, which must provide complete generality.

9. Within 7 (seven) days before the start of the stay, the Group Manager must deliver and/or send also by e-mail: "info@ilchiostrodisanfrancesco.it" to the Management the list of members of the group, including the personal data (name, surname, place and date of birth); the same shall communicate to the Management any changes in the list of members of the group.

10. It is specified that the Manager of the "Il Chiostro di San Francesco" does not carry out food and drink administration, but makes available, for responsible self-management, the kitchen area complete with machinery and equipment; and each group will arrange for the preparation of meals with the equipment entrusted to them. Plates, cutlery and tablecloths will not be provided by the Structure.

11. The House will be delivered clean and in order. As for beds, the House provides: mattress covers, pillowcases and blankets, excluding sheets, towels and personal sets if not explicitly requested for a fee. Regularly during the stay the group will have to clean the premises and services (baths), in particular and scrupulously to the cleaning of the kitchen and the rooms connected at the end of each preparation of meals; and to maintain clean the perimeter of the external area used.

12. Water use: it is absolutely forbidden to leave the taps open and waste water. In winter and summer only the strictly indispensable use is required.

13. The use of fire extinguishers or detach seals is not allowed, except for actual need.

14. It is forbidden to make fires and bonfires outdoors.

15. At the entrance of the group in the House the staff will make a short welcome speech illustrating the behaviors to be taken for the use of the plants, machinery and equipment, as well as will hand over to the Head of the group the keys of the entrance doors, the sleeping area and the living area including the kitchen when granted in total self-management.

16. For the disposal of waste, guests of the house must comply with the provisions of the Municipal Administration of Città della Pieve, which provides for the differentiation of: VETRO, PLASTICA, CARTA, UMIDO, RIFIUTO RESIDUO (or indifferentiated ). Therefore all waste must be deposited in the appropriate containers/containers indicated by the operator. In case the bins were filled, it is forbidden to leave the bags on the road.
